Challenge

As an early stage start-up Nothing had some of its strategy already defined, however still needed a robust strategy platform, including a sustinct definition of their branding strategy to ensure one of their most valuable assets could be strategically build and strengthened right from the beginning.

Process

I worked with the founders as well as extended management team in a close process to revisit the purpose, vision, mission and values as well as more clearly define what the Nothing brand should eventually stand for, its core attributes as well as overall value proposition.

Result

The result was a clear strategic platform and a focused narrative that allowed all teams to quickly understand the future direction of the business and brand and serve as a guide for brand execution. Initial cross-functional worksessions were designed to support brand-led ideation and execution of activities and touchpoints.
